Parking was safe; a large vehicle might have difficulty getting in and out, but a midsized Will have no issue. Check with the property if you have a large vehicle (truck, oversized SUV) to see if they have alternative parking.

Stay away from this place. The staff is undertrained and unfriendly. Not sure what is their target, but this is NOT a boutique and friendly hotel. I had to book here because of the location ( which is very good ) . Booked three nights, left at the second, and will ask Expedia for a refund the third.

I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast that’s included is out of this world. It changes daily and the variety of foods is amazing! It’s clean, in a safe area, and around the corner from good places to eat. I recommend the Peruvian restaurant above Holitel.

Despite the fact that the hotel has multiple international flags in front of it we have yet to find anyone in the hotel that speaks any English they didn't understand the process to check us in as internationals and we're looking for documentation even though they didn't recognize it when they saw it working with the Chilean government they wanted my license number on my car in the United States among other things.... We had to make another trip downstairs later in the evening after we'd already retired for bed to fill out more paperwork with information that we'd already supplied them....

Hotel con una muy buena ubicación, bien cuidado y equipado con todo lo necesario para estadías cortas. Personal súper amable que nos orientó, nos prestó adaptador de corriente y nos guardó la mochila durante todo el día luego de hacer check out. El desayuno nos sorprendió por la variedad que tenía, ya que la reserva decía desayuno americano pero habían opciones para elegir. Lo único que no me gustó fue el colchón, que era demasiado blando para mi gusto, estoy acostumbrada a colchones más firmes. Todo lo demás perfecto!

Uma viagem perfeita começa com uma boa estadia

Foi ótima. Os funcionários são alegres e muito gentis. O café da mãe é com horário marcado então não fica tão cheio. A limpeza do quarto é muito boa. A localização eh excelente . Eh um hotel simples porém aconchegante e muito agradável. Ameiiiiii

Box perigosíssimo!!! Muito escorregadio. Tomar banho era muito perigoso . E parecia ser um quarto para quem possuia necessidades especiais,.pois tinha barras e banco. Mas o box era em um degrau alto, com piso de plástico, irregular e escorregava muito. Eu e meu marido quase caímos ! O hotel é muito bom, quarto ótimo, cama boa, recepção muito atenciosa e simpática. Café maravilhoso, com muitas opcoes ! Boa localização e estacionamento excelente! .
