"I have travelled around the world and I will say that this place was the most disgusting place I ever ever stayed. Nothing was as described. Service was nonexistent garbage was never taken away. Towels were never replaced. Sheets were the same ones for nine days I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Poor communicator. The night before arrival, we got a call that the parking spot was unavailable, even though it was advertised as having parking. Parking in San Jose is a nightmare. VRBO was of no help. We quickly arranged housing elsewhere. Owner refused to refund fees"
