So we move to another place and no problem with AC. The owner said he will reimburse money but that never happened."

"Overall impression of this property is: if you are backpacking or travelling on the cheap, this property would be well suited for you IF it was listed at half the price. You get one room (no refrigerator, the kitchen cupboards were empty (no utensils, pots/pans, dishes), no beach chairs, one lanai chair, yes a/c) and one bathroom (no hot water in shower). We got our key on Day 4. It needed a deep clean before we got there. We booked this property at least 6 months in advance, there was enough...

"I would highly recommend staying with Steve & Marie on your next visit to Los Barriles. The location is ideally located right on a very nice quiet beach and is 15 minutes walking distance to several good restaurants. They are both very accommodating hosts with nice touches like a bowl of fruit, some candy bars, children’s books for our daughter, and welcome beers awaiting us on check in. "I can’t wait to go back! We had a wedding in Cabo and because of the distance I decided to make a vacation of it and wanted to go beyond the typical resort area of Cabo/San Jose. Los Barriles is a wonderful little town that is still small, but has all amenities you’ll need. Swimming in the bay is absolutely lovely, but besides goggles you must have water shoes. I’m not a wuss, but there are soooo many rocks to walk across before getting in the water that it’s almost impossible without shoes....
