House

Ravell is built in a traditional Ibiza-style house with private pool. A few steps lead to the covered terrace and from the garden. From here we enter the open plan living / dining area with a wooden dining table and a cozy, rustic area with wood stove. The kitchen has a breakfast option and has access to the utility room with dishwasher and washing machine. Ravell has three bedrooms, one with two single beds, share with double bed and ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms to a separate bathroom.

Outdoor facilities

The covered terrace overlooks the pool area and has a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining. A barbecue is nearby. The rectangular pool (3 mx 6 m, depth min. 1 m ,, max. 1.75 m) for refreshment on the long hot summer days. A few steps to lawn area from the pool area. From here, a small narrow path on the back side of the road and 200 meters you will find a small hidden rocky area where you can swim with views of Porto Petro in the distance. Parking is available.

The property is charming however it was looking a little tired. It was clean and all the facilities worked.I would recommend car hire as exploring the island is a must.

einzig eine Klimaanlage hat gefehlt, jedoch gibt das Häuschen alles was man benötigt her, und man hat denke ich typisches Mallorca Flair :D

Everything was exactly as described online. Very clean. The little pool was heaven as it was still pretty hot. The location is good, one can walk to the restaurants in Porto Pedro and we even hiked along the coast and via the nature reserve to Cala Figuera. It is close to Santanyi and several beaches. The place is well equipped for a party of 4. For 6 people it would be good to have some more glasses, plates etc. and a bigger coffee machine. We had some problems with the dish washer and the coffee machine. The response time from the agency was amazing, everything was sorted the next day. Fantastic. Would book the location again.

Hassle free - could do with a few more sockets - no major problem. Lovely villa, pool and garden. Ideal location for a great holiday.

La maison présente un état général moyen intérieur et extérieur. Elle est sous équipée : - manque vaisselle - absence climatisation - machine à café qui fuit - ventilateur en panne - salle de bain (baignoire traces de rouille...)

Eigentlich alles gut. Aber viele Mücken. Klimaanlage wäre besser als die Standventilatoren, die man nicht überall hinstellen konnte, mangels genügend Steckdosen. Haus und Garten waren super, Umgebung ein bisschen trist = Straße nach Cala de Or.

We had a lovely holiday. The pool was fabulous and the place was a good size. As we stayed in a lot more large bowls would have been very helpful but otherwise very well equipped. It would benefit from air conditioning as it was 35+ the whole time we were there so I will be more careful when booking during the summer months.
