The second floor consists of the master bedroom with elegant en suite bathroom and a roof terrace with magnificent views of Cala d Or and the vast sea. All bedrooms have brand new air conditioning units. The large infinity pool can be heated at some times of year at extra cost. The garage of the property has two parking spaces. BABIES AND CHILDREN: Please note that while we do not restrict babies and young children, however there are stone stairs in the house with no baby gates and a deep swimming pool so children will be welcomed under the supervision of their parents. We do not take responsibility for young children unsupervised. High chair and cot or child's bed can be supplied at extra cost.
