Luxury and quiet Villa with pool, wifi, ideal for relax and families w/ children

Luxury modern Villa in Calonge, in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Mallorca, and only 2 kilometers from the delightful beaches of Cala d'Or.

The beautiful Villa is located on a private road and it is perfect for enjoying the tranquility, with modern and comfortable facilities, where nothing is missing.

The property consists of two floors, with several terraces, balconies and charming little corners. The area is about 20,000 sqm, from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea, between almond trees, carob trees, and mainly fruital and floral aromas.

INTERIOR:
The construction was built in 2015, with a living area of 585 sqm. This four-bedroom villa can accomodate up to eight guests. There are three bathrooms, living room, covered terraces, balconies and views from every room. The house has an alarm system, LCD Satellite TV, wireless internet, CD and DVD player, safe, air conditioning and heating and a barbecue. For sports, there is a special court for volleyvall, it has a ping pong table tennis ping-pong, area for petanque,and a 10x5 sqm swimming pool with safety for young children. The kitchen is extensively equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, webber gas barbecue, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, filter and nespresso, kettle, blender, freezer, refrigerator, etc.

Très belle maison

Nous sommes arrivés dans la soirée et avons été très bien accueillis, avec un panier de victuailles pour le repas du soir! La maison est très belle, bien aménagée avec goût et nous avons pu profiter de passer des bons moments en famille autour de la piscine. Nous avons eu un problème avec la climatisation la première nuit mais le propriétaire est venu au plus vite régler le problème et nous a par deux fois apporté des gâteaux et ensaimadas pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons été très bien écouté et pris au sérieux ! Je recommande vivement la location de cette maison si vous voulez passer des vacances magnifiques et en toute tranquillité !

Magnificent 5 star villa

Villa Maria Mar is a large impressive residence which is presented and maintained to the highest standards. The location is completely private yet only a short drive from Cala d'Or. It was past midnight by the time we arrived but we were greeted and led to the villa by the property manager who was most welcoming and very helpful. You cannot fail to be impressed by the property which is spacious, contemporary and absolutely pristine. The plot consists of olive groves with a wide drive to the front and lawned garden area to the rear. The pool is superb with plenty of loungers and seating areas in which to sun bathe and relax. The large naya extends the living area into the garden for dining and lounging, with views over the pool. The layout of the villa and gardens provides all that is necessary for a fabulous holiday in the sun. The owner called to meet us, his gift and warm welcome added further to our enjoyment of the villa. I can recommend this luxurious villa without reservation, as it is 5 star in every respect.
