Having undergone a complete renovation for 2025, Riviera offers modern, spacious accommodation on the water’s edge of Cala Longa, one of a series of craggy inlets, affording uninterrupted sea views along the rugged coastline and across the water to the shores of picturesque Calo Ses Dones.

A selection of restaurants, bars and local craft shops are just a couple of minutes walk and the sandy cove of Calo d’es Pou is a mere 5 minutes on foot. A leisurely evening stroll alongside the moorings of small motor and sailboats brings you to the chic marina where super yachts are moored and a good selection of fine dining restaurants will have you spoilt for choice as to where to pass those warm summer evenings.

This snug abode is distributed over 3 floors, with an open-plan dining and living area adjacent to a kitchen with modern-day appliances, a utility room (washing machine) and doors leading to the terrace on ground level. The first and second floors incorporate 4 modern bedrooms and 3 walk-in showers whilst a balcony on each floor provides yet more stunning views.

Nearby, the resonance of the heart of Cala d’Or is not to missed, where candlelit bistros line the streets, tucked between chic cocktail bars and stylish boutiques immersed in an absorbing, relaxed, holiday ambience. Amenities in the area include water sports, golf, tennis and of course the many small sandy coves strung along this part of the southeastern coastline.

In addition to the property rental there is a cleaning charge of £203 for the first week and £30 for each additional night thereafter.
