"We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family of 16. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and the layout of the four private units—three suites downstairs and one large unit upstairs—worked perfectly for our group. The private pool was clean, with a nice shallow end for toddlers, and the property’s location right on the beach made it feel like our own private paradise.We loved the gorgeous ocean and mountain views, the abundance of pool and beach toys, and the convenience of having two washers and dryers onsite (though they are coin-operated). There were plenty of towels, secure parking, and even a tasty restaurant right across the street.A couple of things to note: there is a photo of a hot tub on the roof, but there isn’t actually one there. The hot tub by the pool is just a couple of degrees warmer than the pool itself. Also, more dishes would be helpful, and there were a few minor maintenance issues during our stay (one possibly due to a nearby earthquake), but Javier responded quickly via text and had repairs taken care of promptly. Street noise can also be noticeable at times.Overall, this is a fantastic property for a large family gathering, and we’d happily stay here again!"

"The place truly is a villa !!! it was better than the photos . I am a physician and cleanliness is a top priority! it was extremely clean ! The towels were soft and the best! The beds were so comfortable and made to perfection! The pool and outdoors were used daily. Felt safe in the area . Nelson, the host, was so responsive and answered any questions we had . He was able to take some of the kids to the airport and gave them a tour in the process that went above and beyond !! The set up of the home offers space, yet a family common area.. this is truly an amazing villa ! We will be back!!! 10/10!!"

"Before our stay, I had concerns about a negative review that I saw on Google Maps so I reached out to the host. The owners (husband and wife) called me personally to discuss and explain this negative review. They addressed all concerns and texted additional photos and videos. Everything they said turned out to be true and the property was great. The house is centrally located between Old San Juan and Crash Boat Beach which I highly recommend visiting both (1 hour drive). The appearance of the neighborhood appears a little run down but is very safe and within walking distance to a bakery/convenience store and sandwich shop, and a short drive down the road there are a few great restaurants. The home is located on a beautiful private beach with a great outdoor space with a great pool. The space was very comfortable for our seven person family (adult children).Three main bedrooms inside the home with a fourth bedroom/bathroom located outside, below the pool area. Cold air conditioning in all four bedrooms. Host Iza was very sweet and made checkin/checkout very easy. Pool guy showed up one morning as scheduled and did a great job with the cleaning. Our family had an amazing time and highly recommend this property. "
