"was here last year and returned this year stayed 4 days mall across the street, great service, breakfast was good, well maintained property there was a slight issue with power the first day I was there and one elevator was out of service for one day but overall I was pleased with my stay. "My stay at the beach house in Arecibo, Puerto Rico was unforgettable. The property was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The private pool was stunning—crystal clear and perfect for relaxing any time of day. Best of all, the beach was just steps away, giving us easy access to breathtaking ocean views and peaceful walks along the shore. The combination of comfort, beauty, and location made this an amazing experience I’d absolutely recommend."

"The place truly is a villa !!! it was better than the photos . I am a physician and cleanliness is a top priority! it was extremely clean ! The towels were soft and the best! The beds were so comfortable and made to perfection! The pool and outdoors were used daily. Felt safe in the area . Nelson, the host, was so responsive and answered any questions we had . He was able to take some of the kids to the airport and gave them a tour in the process that went above and beyond !! The set up of the home offers space, yet a family common area.. this is truly an amazing villa ! We will be back!!! 10/10!!"

"Beautiful view"

"Before our stay, I had concerns about a negative review that I saw on Google Maps so I reached out to the host. The owners (husband and wife) called me personally to discuss and explain this negative review. They addressed all concerns and texted additional photos and videos. Everything they said turned out to be true and the property was great. The house is centrally located between Old San Juan and Crash Boat Beach which I highly recommend visiting both (1 hour drive). The appearance of the neighborhood appears a little run down but is very safe and within walking distance to a bakery/convenience store and sandwich shop, and a short drive down the road there are a few great restaurants. The home is located on a beautiful private beach with a great outdoor space with a great pool. The space was very comfortable for our seven person family (adult children).Three main bedrooms inside the home with a fourth bedroom/bathroom located outside, below the pool area. Cold air conditioning in all four bedrooms. Host Iza was very sweet and made checkin/checkout very easy. Pool guy showed up one morning as scheduled and did a great job with the cleaning. Our family had an amazing time and highly recommend this property. "
