"We were in SB for 5 nights, and Unit 6D provided a prefect home base for us. It was clean, check in was super easy, and just 1 block east of State Street. We could walk to the market, restaurants and shops in SB, and also up to the Old Mission through beautiful neighborhoods. We needed fresh towels and a simple text request was answered quickly and house keeping dropped them off. The unit was bright, clean, and wifi was great as we needed to do some remote work. I liked that the sidewalk/patio...

"My friends and I stayed at this apartment for the weekend, and we had a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean and looked like the pictures in the listing. The views are amazing, and it's a very short drive to the main strip of restaurants and shopping areas. It was exactly what we wanted and expected. The property manager seems very chill and reasonable too. No complaints!"

"Very clean and worked perfect for my mom and baby. Only complaint is that the thermostat is extremely bright when all the lights are off at night and does not dim. We had to put a burp rag over it to keep it dark. Lights up pretty much the whole room. But other than that it was perfect."

"This 2nd floor unit was clean, efficient and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped. There was parking on site (11 spots+1handicap). The location was perfect; less than 10min walk to State Street. We walked to coffee shops, restaurants and museum/theatres on State Street. Highly recommend."

"We came to Santa Barbara to bike. This apartment was on the ground floor so we could easily store our bikes at night without hauling them up a lot of stairs. Streets with bike lanes very accessible. Very clean and efficient space. Check in very easy. Communication with management excellent. Overall we would highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful weekend in Solvang thanks to our gracious host Grazyna and her lovely studio apartment. It is in the center of town, but nicely hidden away in an authentic Danish building. It is private and very quiet, even on a busy weekend. The apartment is well stocked and very clean. Parking is very convenient. A perfect place for two. We hope to visit again soon.
