Note that "sleeps 8" means three bedrooms each with double beds and two with single futons. cleaning and concierge services are excellent. Note that there is a full kitchen but no on-site laundry. "Everything you need is nearby. Most pristine beach, a little grocery store with so much to offer, we cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen had enough supplies to make our food. Gorgeous villa, we felt very spoiled! The gentleman/security guard was very nice. Staff answered all our questions, I had many lol! Will definitely return!"

Unfortunately the listing doesn’t let you know that it is directly next to Banana Beach (it shares a wall with the bar) so it is very loud with music/a dj on in the day and night. "My husband, 8 year old daughter and I stayed at Casa Majestic for 4 nights. The house is clean and pictures are accurate. It is equipped with the basics only, so be sure to bring what you think you may need. You must have a 4x4 to get to the house. As others mentioned in their reviews, the hill is very steep and rugged. "What an exceptional home. All that you need and more beautiful in person! The pool is perfect for a refreshing dip- and as a nice alternative to the ocean which is only steps away. At night you hear monkeys in the trees above- while the nearly silent air conditioners keep you cool and comfortable. Richard arranged for cab service to the airport, helped coordinate the delivery of ATVs and was extraordinarily responsive to any request. (But there wasn’t anything lacking!). "We loved the house. Its unique design includes a pool that runs down the center of the home. Bedrooms and living area are on either side. Its casual design is great for outdoor living. Each night we gathered on the lawn to watch the sunset. The property feels very private, yet you are just a few blocks from the grocery store and restaurants. "Beautiful new home. Very well appointed with excellent bedding, which is a rarity. It had everything we needed. The views were great, too. Would suggest an ATV or 4WD, but we made it in a 2WD. The manager was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend and come back!"

Loved the outside areas...different places to sit and read or relax...steps to the beach....you do have to drive into town and the road is pretty bumpy but hey...Pura Vida!!
