"We had a nice stay overall. The staff was friendly, and the food was good. There wasn't any hot water, but that was only an issue with showering. But not having hot water was pretty common throughout Nicaragua."
"The location is excellent, staff was really good - the only reason to deduct a star is the mosquito-infested room. The whole time I was in the room, I was swatting one mosquito after another."
"If you love Colonial arquitectura with a family feeling.. this is the place! The staff was super helpful and friendly, I can’t say enough of Carlos, he’s awesome."
"We had a great stay, staff was excellent, delicious breakfast, laundry service for extra $ if required. Walking distance to the Main Street where we spent most of the time. Great recommendations for excursions and helpful to get taxis. "
"Love it! Excellent!
The place is beautiful, super clean and secure,
Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful.
You have an easy walk to the Main Square and amenities.
This place feels like a Home away from Home!"
"The building is very beautiful; the owners have maintained the architectural integrity of the building.
The staff is very warm and welcoming.
My only complaint is the bed; the mattress felt worn-out and thin. I think management should try all the beds to make sure they are comfortable and not worn-out."

"We were grateful to stay in this location. It quiet and tucked away from the outside world. We were lucky enough to spend two nights here. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful with us and our Spanglish. She was happy to use google translate to make sure our needs were met. "
"The hotel and staff was great and so weee the owners. They built this hotel and are very involved with the daily operations. We arrived and were happy and when we left we were very sad to leave "
"I would have to categorize this Hotel as one of the best in the area. All of the staff were incredibly inviting and helpful the entire time from arranging Taxis to get me to do day trips to shuttles on elsewhere I needed to go and best of all there is a pool to help cool off considering how incredibly hot it can be in Nicaragua. The hotel is located in a very central location where you can walk one to two blocks down for food bars, and anything else you might need. Also they close the front gate at night so it’s super secured. Most importantly, this hotel is owned and operated by Nicaraguans if you support traveling ethically to ensure your money is circulated among the local economy and people. "
"The property was quiet, the staff was excellent( especially at the bar and the morning breakfast staff). It’s within walking distance of a ton of restaurants, and all of the churches and plazas. There’s no need to do the horse carriage tours. Visit the chocolate museum. There’s a pizza place across the street. The only slight complaint was that the room was too cold sometimes."

"Only a few blocks from some of the main attractions of the city. Very nice facilities. Beautifully done remodel of an old historical building. We really enjoyed our stay. Off street secured parking. On our first morning after arriving, we woke up to a flat tire. The staff immediately came out and helped us change it. Didn’t even have to ask."
