"Front desk staff welcomed with a smile and was always helpful and accommodating in our daily requests.
Though the rooms were very clean it needed maintenance to fix the bathroom lights, window screens and sofa bed mechanisms which should've been done before the guests arrive. Maintenance actually came very quickly and fix everything swiftly as well. Pool towels were not available in the pool area and have to be claimed at the front desk which was a little inconvenient. Breakfast choices and staff are always excellent which my family appreciates and the main selling point of your hotel facility. Plus it's location is very convenient in visiting family members who lives nearby."
