"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really great especially the waffles! No beach view but a beautiful sound side view where you could see the sunset. Pool needs work very rough on bottom. The air conditioner in the room was very loud. If we had been staying more then two nights I would have wanted it looked at."

"This was my wife’s and I first time in Pensacola. We got in a little late. I don’t ever think I’ve seen such happy people just doing their job. Even the waitress at the restaurant was so nice. The hotel was very clean and the lazy river was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you have kids. Just very easy access to the pool and the beach."

"Loved the pool and lazy river but they seemed to need cleaning. Breakfast got old but they all do. Staff, including housekeepers, were great. Waiters were great at Beach Social were great as were the bartenders at the pool. Could definitely do without the woman blasting music at the pool Friday and Saturday. Ran people off including me. Pool should be relaxing area. Why charge for parking in an ungated property and never issue permits? Doors slamming at all hours was annoying."
