The heart of the home is the expansive Great Room, defined by two walls of 8ft floor-to-ceiling glass that dissolve the boundary between the interior and the stunning hillside. The kitchen is a culinary dream featuring a massive 10’ x 4’ island and professional-grade appliances. Adjacent to the ten-foot dining table is the inviting living area, which features comfortable seating perfectly positioned next to the sliding glass doors to drink in the vineyard views. This space is warm and personal, adorned with original art and a curated library for your quiet afternoons.

Every guest enjoys the luxury of an ensuite bathroom across three distinct bedrooms. The Sunrise Room is a sun-drenched space featuring a queen bed, a dedicated writing desk, and 9-foot sliding glass doors leading directly to the deck. On the opposite side of the home is a private queen suite with its own deck access and peaceful garden views. For those who value rest above all else, the Snooze Suite is a quiet sanctuary tucked away from the main living areas, outfitted with a king-sized bed and designed for total privacy.

The 1.3-acre property is a permaculturist’s delight and a testament to the resilience of nature. The landscape features two primary deck areas suited for any time of day, including a patio with a soothing hot tub and lounge seating, and a second deck with a gas BBQ for easy alfresco dining. Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the garage, decks, hot tub, and all indoor living spaces (upstairs area is not included).

Wine Country Retreat is located along the scenic Riebli Road, a world-renowned hub for cyclists offering everything from relaxed vineyard cruises to rigorous century rides. You are tucked into a peaceful hillside while remaining just a short drive from the tasting rooms of Healdsburg, Forestville, and Calistoga. Outdoor enthusiasts will find endless hiking at Annadel State Park, Hood Mountain, and Shiloh Ranch Reserve, or can head to the Russian River for kayaking and canoeing.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the diversity of Sonoma County. You’re centrally located for exploring, with downtown Santa Rosa nearby and the Sonoma County Airport just a short drive away. Coastal escapes like Jenner and Tomales Bay are about 40 minutes away for a refreshing change of scenery.

To maintain the condition of the home and for the comfort of future guests, we have a strict no-pet policy. Legally recognized service animals are the only exception. If you’re visiting with a service animal, please let us know before you arrive. Thank you for your understanding.

Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and the serene setting, we strictly enforce Sonoma County's quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No parties or events are permitted.

📌Property Maintenance:
A service provider may stop by during your stay to care for the outside of the property, such as the hot tub or landscaping. They’ll stay outside and won’t enter the home. See your guidebook for service days and times. We always do our best to let you know ahead of time.

📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.

📌To ensure a seamless check-in, all guests must complete a quick pre-check-in verification through our secure guest portal; a link will be sent after your booking is confirmed.
