The Beach Calls
Walk, ride or pedal to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The home greets you with an open concept. Once you park your car you can travel by golf cart and bikes for the remainder of your stay. The kitchen boasts an oversized granite island, perfect for gathering the family. This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 master suites with King beds, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk room equipped with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. There are 4 bathrooms and the house is fully equipped and nicely appointed with 9 ft ceilings, hardwood flooring, and custom kitchen. A 6 seat golf cart and 4 bikes are onsite for use as well. There are several quaint patio areas and covered parking. 1 minute ride in the golf cart to the beach. This beautiful home is NON SMOKING property and in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach.

Please place all dirty towels in washing machine and start. Load dishwasher with all dirty dishes and start.
Place all garbage in sealed trash bags and place large rolling trashcan on the street for pickup. Please, no loose garbage in the trashcan.
Park golf cart on the right hand side of the driveway. Please return keys to kitchen countertop. Make sure it is filled with gas. There are gas stations on 30A.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
