  • Seahorse Sunsets is a beautiful two-story home located in quiet neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The private downstairs lockout is the perfect private getaway when traveling with multiple families, providing the 4th bedroom/3rd full bath. Lockout suite also has its own kitchenette and laundry. The Main level of the home offers 3 large bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, Full Kitchen, Living room, Dining room and Laundry.
    The exterior of this home features a 2nd floor balcony overlooking the backyard, gas and charcoal grill, and patio table, but for those hot summer days the full-size pool is a great place to congregate!
    This home also includes 2 complimentary bicycles!

    • A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.

    • Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 30 days prior to arrival date.
    • Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
    • Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
    • Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.
