Summary:
Walk 6 minutes (0.3 mi) to the Seagrove Beach access, cool off in the community pool just steps from the door, and pedal 2.5 miles down 30A to Seaside on the 4 bikes included with your stay. This Old Florida cottage in Cassine Gardens sleeps 8 with two king bedrooms, a bunk room for 4, a screened porch and a garden patio. Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi and keypad self check-in. A long weekend or a full week, it's an easy place to slow down.
The Space:
Step inside and the whole place seems to exhale. Vaulted ceilings and warm wood floors give the cottage an airy, easy feeling, and six big windows in the dining area pour sunlight across the room while framing the green world outside. There's real character here too, from the fireplace with its cypress mantle to the classic plantation shutters, the kind of touches that make a house feel like it has a history worth sharing. Smart TVs let you stream your favorites after a day in the sun.
The kitchen is where everyone naturally gathers. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar with your morning coffee, spread out a beach picnic on the granite counters, or cook a big group dinner with everything you need close at hand. It opens right into the living space, so no one's ever left out of the conversation.
When it's time to rest, the layout keeps things easy. The master retreat sits just off the living area, its own quiet corner with a king bed and a private en-suite bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the bunk room's two bunk beds sleep up to 4 younger guests. Traveling with a little one? A pack 'n play, crib and high chair are available.
Practical touches make any length of stay easy: an in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi, and a handy spot to stash beach gear so sandy towels stay outside.
The real magic, though, is outside the doors. The screened-in porch is made for lazy mornings and unwinding evenings, and the open patio tucked among the lush landscaping is where long dinners and easy conversations happen. It's the epitome of Florida living, and it's all yours for your stay.
Guest Access:
The entire cottage is yours, from the screened porch to the patio to the shaded, garden-like yard. You'll also have access to the Cassine Gardens community pool, just steps away on the same street (open year-round; not heated), and the neighborhood nature trail through native cypress forest. Parking is available for two cars at the home, with additional guest parking nearby. Check-in is easy with keypad self check-in, and your access details are sent before you arrive. The beach is a 6-minute walk, and 4 bikes are waiting whenever you're ready to explore.
The Neighborhood:
The cottage sits in Cassine Gardens, one of Seagrove Beach's best-kept secrets: a serene grove of magnolia, pine and cassine trees where the pace slows down the moment you turn onto the street. A nature trail and boardwalk wind through native cypress forest to a quiet pond, perfect for a morning walk. Cross Scenic 30A and you're at the One Seagrove Place beach access in about 6 minutes on foot, with sugar-white sand and emerald-green water waiting. Seaside is 2.5 miles away and Rosemary Beach about 6 miles, with the dining, shopping and people-watching that make 30A famous. Peaceful and private, but never far from the fun.
Getting Around:
Beach: One Seagrove Place beach access is 0.3 miles away, about a 6-minute walk or 2-minute bike ride.
Seaside: 2.5 miles, about 13 minutes by bike on the Timpoochee Trail bike path or 8 minutes by car.
Rosemary Beach: about 6 miles east, roughly 15 minutes by car.
With 4 bikes included, the 30A bike path is the easiest way to explore the string of beach towns, cafes, boutiques and galleries along the coast. There's parking for two cars at the home plus nearby guest parking, and golf carts are available to rent nearby if you'd like another way to cruise 30A.
Other Things to Note:
A few little things to help your stay go smoothly: This is a quiet, garden-like neighborhood, so we ask that you help us keep it that way and treat the home like it's your own. No smoking anywhere on the property, and no parties or events, please. Guests must be 25 or older to be the primary renter. The community pool is open year-round but is not heated, so it's most refreshing from late spring through early fall. 4 bikes are included with your stay, and golf carts are available to rent nearby. Beyond that, settle in, slow down, and make yourself at home.
Interaction with Guests:
We want your stay to feel effortless from the very first hello. Our local team is quick to respond and genuinely happy to help, whether you need a dinner recommendation, the best spot to catch the sunset, or anything at all to make the week seamless. Check-in and check-out are easy and secure, with all your details sent ahead of arrival. We're never more than a message away, and we're always rooting for your trip to be one you'll talk about for years.
