SeaBatical is a family friendly, completely renovated 4 bedroom/ 4 bath home that sleeps up to 10, with private heated pool (heating fee applies). With 4,522 sf (2,138 interior sf), SeaBatical has stunning views of the Grayton State Park dunes, Alligator Lake, the beach and the Gulf, and is located in the highly sought-after Gulf Trace neighborhood. Updated/refreshed every year, feel the care and love this amazing home offers...and want for nothing!!

SeaBatical borders the Grayton Beach State Park, named America’s #1 Beach in 2020 by Dr. Stephen Leatherman, aka Dr. Beach! “This beach boasts of its sugar-white sand and emerald green water where development has been restrained so big sand dunes still dominate the landscape. At the same time, all the amenities of great restaurants and accommodations are close by in the old town of Grayton Beach or Seaside," wrote Leatherman. Originally named the country’s top beach in 1994, Grayton Beach State Park has been listed FOUR times since 1991, finishing 6th in 2016 and 3rd in 2019.

Ground level: #1 bedroom is a Bunk room that has 2 sets of bunks, both twin-over-double (sleeping 4) and full bathroom with tub/shower. Please note the bunk room is only accessed via the exterior door with no interior access to the upper floor.

Level One: Foyer leads to large living area with vaulted ceiling opening to the screened porch; just beyond is the outside deck extending the width of the home with seating to enjoy the panoramic views of the beach, Gulf, beach, Alligator Lake and the Grayton Beach State Park dunes. Please note - fireplace in living room is decorative only.
#2 bedroom has a king bed, private outside deck
Also on this floor is a full bath with tub/shower, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, (electric range, microwave, side-by-side fridge with ice maker, dishwasher); dining for 8 at the table, with stools for 4 along the granite counter. Laundry Room off kitchen with stand-alone ice maker, utility sink, full sized washer / dryer and entrance door leading to the deck outside.

Level Two: #3 bedroom has 2 twin beds, full bathroom with tub/shower and private outside deck. #4 bedroom is the Ensuite Master bedroom with king bed, full bath with double vanity and walk-in shower, and an outside deck with panoramic views of Alligator Lake, Grayton State Park dunes, beach and Gulf.

Guests can enjoy strolling along sugar sand beaches on a 20-minute walk east to downtown Grayton and area icons Red Bar and The Zoo Gallery. Founded in the mid-1880’s, historic Grayton Beach is South Walton’s original beach community and has stayed true to its funky, eclectic vibe. Seaside is 2.5 miles East where you can enjoy delectable delights along Airstream Row, sunset cocktails overlooking the beach at Bud & Alley’s, a free outdoor concert or movie at the Seaside Amphitheater and shopping to your heart’s content!

Please NOTE - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $60 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.
