🏠Welcome to Dogwood Cottage

This fabulous location is perfect for a family vacation, just off 30A without all the hustle and bustle! Once you arrive, you can park your car and walk or bike to Seaside, Seagrove and Watercolor, which are just a short distance away! This area is so special with the tree lined roads, and yet so close to the beautiful white sugar sand beaches, which are a quick three-minute walk away.

This 2019 renovated coastal cottage is great for a small family getaway! It is a cozy two story with a reverse floor plan. It has three bedrooms plus an open bunk area that offers flexibility in sleeping arrangements, along with two bathrooms and one-half bathroom. Completely renovated and expanded in 2019! Newly renovated bathrooms, kitchen, custom bunk beds, freshly painted and new flooring December 2019. All new appliances! The dining table seats six. The living area, three bedrooms and each bunk bed have their own TV. This home has cable and wireless internet.

Dogwood Cottage is located in Old Seagrove Beach which is a quiet, residential area, less than 150 yards to the beach and only one block east of Seaside. You can enjoy all that Seaside has to offer - shopping, restaurants, and live entertainment - which is just a 4-minute walk, through the shaded tree lined side streets. Your children can ride bikes into Seaside without ever getting on a busy road.

Features of the cottage include a bright open floor plan upstairs with a living area, dining area and kitchen. Natural light filters in through the large windows in the stairwell tower. The ensuite queen bedroom is just off the living room. The attached bathroom was newly renovated in 2019. A flat screen TV is located in the queen bedroom and the living room.

There are two beautiful bedrooms on the ground floor which each have a King bed, and they share a newly renovated bathroom across the hall which includes a double sink vanity, toilet and a large shower. Just off the main entry of the cottage is a half bathroom, and towards the rear of the home is a set of custom bunk beds.
New pool added Spring 2020, along with a back porch! The large backyard is great for hanging out after playing at the beach. There is an outdoor shower conveniently located on the side of the home.
