The outdoor kitchen includes a gas grill, ice maker, TV, and fridge. The home has 12 foot ceilings on the 1st floor with reclaimed beams, shiplap and a gourmet kitchen. When you arrive at this oasis, you immediately feel the beach vibe and know that your vacation is going to be perfect.

Beautiful home and wonderful host

Our week at Reel Deal was so much fun. The space was perfect for our large family. The host was excellent and answered any questions or concerns asap. There were a few things that we thought would make the stay even better and our suggestions were welcomed. The house is well stocked with everything you need. It's an easy walk to the beach. We will be back

Our stay at the Reel Deel

A wonderful property for our family of all ages. The kids loved the pool, everyone loved the easy access to the beach, the 6 bathrooms and lovely indoor and outdoor spaces. Enough room for all 17 of us. Golf cart was a hit and so practical. Could have used some more bath towels and the outdoor fp wasn’t working.

Family vacation

It is a beautiful property with very nice amenities. The pool had a splash pad for the little ones but large enough to accommodate everyone. Having the golf cart was very useful in transporting people and beach equipment to and from the beach. The beach was a 5 minute walk if wanted to walk. Blue Mountain Beach is one of the prettiest beaches I have ever been to.

Really is the Real Deal

This is an amazing house. Everything is as represented. We had a few initial hiccups with some things not working but the caretaker responded immediately and got everything in working order. Would definitely recommend this place!

NOTE: A propane tank was left near the gas grill. This is not needed; the grill has a direct supply line. The burners & the shields need to be replaced. Wish the street had been paved (lot of dust)

Family Reunion

The property is lovely. The perfect house for our family of 13. The pool is ideal for all ages but especially for young children. The property manager was extremely responsive. The kitchen was one of the best we’ve seen. Loved the house.

Great House, Great Location

We just completed a fantastic stay here at the Blue Mountain Beach house alongside 30A. The house was bigger than we imagined and fit our party of 13 easily. Situated along 3-A, we walked to our favorite ice cream shops more than once and were super close to a few of our favorite restaurants. The golf cart provided quick transportation to the beach though it is in walking distance. Like most families, each time we went, we took a truck load of toys, chairs, and such, most of which was found in the garage of the house; so the golf cart was nice for that. The house was clean, and the pool was perfect. The only issue, (minor for us) was that we could not get the downstairs TV to change channels. I'm sure it was operator error, and we didn't bother the manager with it. Speaking of; Kim was great. Always relied back within seconds. One thing I didn't notice in the pictures is that the upstairs extra room above the garage has its own bathroom and kitchen area. It's like a little apartment. It was perfect for our teenage girls to have their own space away from siblings. If you have a large group and want a spacious house with plenty of room, close to the beach and right on 30A, this spot is perfect. We will be back!

Great pool for families with several red headed people or small children. Lots of shade throughly the entire day! Or lots of Sun! Whatever you choose.

Perfect house

The house is amazing. We had two families with young children who loved the pool and the beach. The house was exactly how it was described. There were even some extra beach chairs. We would rent again and if it ever went up for sale we would buy it. Amazing property.

Awesome and perfect for our family

The house was so perfect for our family. The only complaint is the floors in the downstairs living room were dirty. Barefoot walking on them showed the level of cleaniness - Please do not post this part.

Lovely house in Blue Mountain Beach

We’ve been coming to this area for a few years now and this is my favorite rental. There was plenty of space, it’s hard to find rentals with more than one king suite. The outdoor area was lovely and great for watching sports while the kids swam. Close to nany restaurants and the beach.

Exactly as advertised

I stay at many properties and this is the first where the description and pictures are exactly how the home is in person. Perfect location. The pool is absolutely amazing. The area is lovely and not touristy. All 11 of us adored this place!

Phenominal Beach House

This beach house is just plain gorgeous (except for the those lights in the living room lol). The bedrooms are all very spacious with very comfortable beds. We were there with our 3 adult sons and their wives and we each had our own wing of the house. The living area is open and spacious allowing for everyone to be together at once whether in the dining area, kitchen or living area. The kitchen is very welled equiped with plenty of plates, cups, and flatware along with cookware as well as pyrex which was very much appreciated! Unfortunately, the dishwasher gave us some trouble but I am confident that it will be taken care of for future renters. The pool is perfect for little ones to ease into the water. The outdoor bathrom is a welcome bonus. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and easily walkable. Having the golf cart to haul the chairs and other beach necessities was a real plus. There is plenty of parking available at the access if you get there by 10am. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels that have been left by the previous renters in addition to the four provided so if your flying in don't worry about that. There was even a fairly new umbrella for our use. The only dissappointment was that the tv over the pool area was missing (for Sunday football) and the outdoor cushions were stained with mildew. However, the property manager said that new ones are on order. A few suggestions: *The front doors let in a lot of afternoon sun that heats up the entire downstairs living/dining & kitchen area. Some shades on them would have been welcome. *Replace those hideous LR lights with some ceiling fans! *More kitchen towels please! *Add some towels to the downstairs 1/2 bathroom!

The house was great, short walk to the Creamery, Shake Shop, Restaurant, and beach with easy access. Spent hours enjoying the pool and covered outdoor space. Very nice layout with kitchen opening up to the pool area.

Amazing

This house is absolutely stunning. There is so much space and privacy - perfect for multiple families or a multi-generation vacation. This was by far the cleanest rental property I have stayed at, and all of the towels and linens seemed new as well. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and the heated pool lovely even on the cool days we had during our stay. We wished we could have stayed much longer!
