It is spacious with room to spread out with double french doors that open to green space for children to play just beyond the covered wrap around patio. You can head straight to the beach with 3 PRIVATE beach accesses directly across the street or are steps from the HEATED pool and spa. Additionally you would have access to all Gulf Place amenities; including 2 additional pools, tennis, shuffleboard, walking trails, green spaces to play / picnic/ or enjoy local events and concerts. Want to cook at home? An updated kitchen is nicely appointed and grills are available just steps off the patio. Rather go out? Shops and Restaurants are only steps away and no need to drive once you arrive. This unit has been freshly upgraded with stainless appliances, new carpet and paint!
