HOUSE RULES
We want every family to love their stay, so we keep a few simple rules:

- Maximum occupancy is 14. For everyone's comfort and safety, we can't host extra guests, and stays over the limit may incur charges or be ended without a refund.
- Guests must be 25 or older to book, and the primary guest stays for the whole visit.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind, and no fireworks.
- No pets of any kind, please. If a pet is found, a $500 fee plus deep-cleaning costs applies, and the stay may be ended.

For your security, exterior cameras monitor the approach to the front entrance 24/7 and record video and sound.

HURRICANE SEASON (June 1 to November 30)
We follow a strict cancellation policy. Refunds are given only if the National Weather Service or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation. Summer storms can occasionally knock out power or internet, and the neighborhood pool may close for weather or repairs. Because these are outside our control, they aren't refundable, so we highly recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
