Easy access to the beautiful turquoise waters and sugar white sandy beaches of 30A. Large 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with large Tower Room and 5 covered decks, 3rd floor has Big Views of the Gulf of Mexico, just an absolutely amazing location, convenient to everything!

Dune Allen Beach has 5 public beach access points all within walking distance.

Nestled beside Santa Rosa Beach Country Club/golf course, Oyster Lake, and the Gulf of Mexico this Charming Florida style beach house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with three living areas. Fully equipped kitchen.

1 king size master bedroom on second floor with 4 piece en suite bathroom w/large jetted bathtub, and walk in shower.

3 queen size bedrooms, two are on the second floor and one in the tower suite.

2nd floor queen bedrooms share their own hall bathroom.

1 queen bedroom on third floor w/private en suite bathroom with nice private sitting area and big views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Home has easy walkable beach access and great area restaurants. Walk to Shunk Gulley to grab a bite or dip your toes in the gulf. We recommend watching the sunset from the third floor deck or sitting room; it's absolutely stunning. Lots of parking, big yard, and out door shower, community pool, bike path to the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, beach cart/wagon.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash should be removed and placed in the Large Gray Trash bin. The bin should be taken to the curb and placed near the mail boxes at the front of the subdivision please.
Bed sheets should be stripped and towels should be left in the bathrooms. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Owner has the right to cancel any booking without refund, if the traveler / renter does not sign and abide by the rental agreement.
Check-Out - strip beds, place used towels in bathrooms, load dirty dishes to dishwasher. Extra cleaning $90 fee applies for failure to comply.
Check-Out - Trash must be moved outside & placed in bin at the street, additional $90.00 charge assessed to remove trash if not placed at street.

Wonderful house with plenty of parking. Short walk to beach. Closet full of beach items; great to have beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, floats, beach towels provided! We had the community pool all to ourselves. Loved our stay!

Great House Near Beach

The house allowed us to both spread out to 4 different bedrooms but also had great communal space on the first floor. The house was a short walk to the beach via a walking/biking path.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Faith’s gorgeous home is in the perfect location on 30A! Everything from bike rentals, restaurants, coffee shops and Seaside are all within a quick drive or even walk! Beautiful beach is located within a quick walk. Neighborhood is quiet with nice neighbors as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spacious house!

This was a great place for 8 adult women to stay for a friends’ getaway together! Very clean and plenty of room to visit and prepare lunch for the beach an easy walk away! Faith was very responsive and helpful!

Great house in convenient location

The 8 of us fit perfectly in this house and it was very convenient to the beach, walking, biking, and restaurants. We loved it being on a quiet cul-de-sac with access to community pool.The refrigerator didn’t get very cold and the air-conditioning unit was locked at a certain temperature and especially the upstairs room got quite warm on our third and fourth days but otherwise we really enjoyed the house and location!

80th birthday bash

My immediate family members, brothers and their wives, son and daughter in law an niece all enjoyed their stay at the house. My sister , daughter and I were at a condo owned by friends. We were within easy walking distance from one another and had a wonderful week together.

Great stay! A couple of hiccups with the actual beach we were allowed to be at but just make sure you ask the right questions and someone will help! House could’ve been way more cool throughout stay but maybe that’s just Floridia! Would recommend for adults, would be a very long walk to beach for small children unless you had a golf cart. Home was nice and had a great view from the very top!

Girls Trip

I took my four daughters and two granddaughters to celebrate my 18 year old granddaughter’s birthday and graduation. We found the perfect place for all of us to relax and enjoy the beach, shopping, and dining on 30A! Our host was so sweet and responsive to all our questions. The house is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to come back soon!

Great property, Great Location

We were literally 10 - 15 minutes from everything. The beach is 2 minutes away. Area felt safe and surrounding homes were stunning. Excellent restaurants close by also. The communication with the host was great. The home was better than the pictures shown. I only wish there were TVs in every bedroom, not just the secondary bedrooms.

Great for large families

My family of 4 along with mother and sister had a great time staying at faiths vacation home! There was enough room for everyone to have their own space. My husband and kids loved riding their bikes down to the beach. Faith was great with communication and was very sweet!

Lovely stay on the not so crowded part of 30A!

This home is lovely with lots of room. 1 King and 3 queens and 4 full baths are ideal for adult house guests beyond the kiddie ages. Kitchen was well equipped. The walk to the beach was much easier than we initially thought. the walk was quick and beach access was directly across 30A so there is no need to drive to one of the public beach access points with parking lots. One awesome touch is that the owner provided a beach cart which was a huge help with our cooler and 6 beach chairs.
