    The patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning - grab some salty breezes and some warm Florida rays of sunshine. Once you're ready to start your day, you'll love being able to whip up a quick breakfast in the updated kitchen while still taking in those Gulf views. After a day at the beach or the pool relax knowing you'll be heading back into your coastal oasis. A3 sleeps 6 and with queen sleeper sofa, hallway bunks and a king master suite. Both the master bathroom and the hallway bathroom include a tub/shower combination.

    Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex is perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. This is a beautiful property in our favorite location. The view from the patio and the proximity to the beach are awesome. We didn't go there to watch TV or surf the web, but the internet speed and TV service in the living room are not great. But again, the property and the location are great.

Amazing location

Overall this was a great place to stay. Easy checkin process and perfect location. I did try multiple times to contact management through email and received no response and that was disappointing. Outside of that it was great.

Central location

The Palms at Seagrove is centrally located on Hwy 30A, half way between Destin and Panama City.Our condo facing thr gulf was beautiful and quiet. Deer even came to browse around the vegetation. I highly recommend the Palms and hope to return in the future.

Great location!

This was our first time to 30A and it didn’t disappoint! This condo was a perfect location to Seaside and other nearby beaches too! It was also away from the crowds. The beach service was excellent! We walked right out our door to the beach daily. We were able to bike everywhere which was nice. The atmosphere of the entire area was quaint and simply beautiful! The unit is a little dated but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The bathrooms could use a make over. Our girls used the sofa bed instead of the bunk beds. Overall, we would definitely return to Palms A3!

Needs a little TLC

Dryer needs drum bearing replaced, very noisy while drying clothes. Fridge has broken and missing shelf on door. Too many remote controls for main TV to use especially for older people. Had a great week, enjoyed our stay very much and have booked for next year already but a different unit at The Palms A building. We have stayed several times at The Palms and love the place.

It could use some updating but was still nice to stay in. The bunk beds were a bit strange and bothersome to our kids- the bottom bunk is way too close to the top bunk so our 5 year old kept bumping his head. There also isn’t a ladder to get to the top bunk- just a wobbly step stool. Please fix the bunk beds! We would still stay here again though.

It's especially perfect for running back from the beach for putting babies down for naps. We were able to fit a pack n play in the hallway bathroom, which was a game changer for us. The bunkbeds were very daunting and I wouldn't put a child in there without a side rail (there was a universal mesh one left under the bunks). The wifi was not great, we weren't able to stream Netflix on the TV.The rental company was fantastic and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary trip

The only drawback was the refrigerator didn’t have a working ice maker.

Disappointed

The property is very nice but the unit itself was not as clean as previous stays. The bed was absolutely horrible, bedroom blinds were short of giving privacy by 2 inches, bath towels were sandpaper and looked unclean, only one wash cloth, never had a wifi connection the entire stay and the steps to the outside need to be painted 2 tone before someone breaks their neck, my husband suffered a twisted ankle and scrapped shin and the guy in building C did the same thing. Didn't even stay for our third night because of music through the walls and door slamming. Won't chose A3 again.

Labor Day Weekend Fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the Palms A3 unit. We loved being on the first floor in the clean and well maintained unit. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding on the 30A trail to Grayton Beach and eating lunch at Chiringo, going to Bud & Alley's in Seaside for apps and drinks on the rooftop, hitting the HUB in Seagrove to watch college football, lunch at Seagrove Village Market is a must, and an enjoyable bike ride to Rosemary Beach for some coffee. Don't miss a great dinner within walking distance at Cafe 30A as well...you won't be disappointed. This is our third year using Benchmark and we have not once had any issues. The ocean water at this time of year is very warm and calm. The only thing would be that the bathrooms and kitchen could be updated, but really all was very clean. The closet bed was tight, but I guess little ones would have fun in it.
