Smoke-Free Property: This is a strictly non-smoking home—no smoking allowed inside or outside. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.

ID & Security Deposit: Valid identification and security deposits (when applicable) will be requested after booking.

Occupancy & Noise Limits: These rules are strictly enforced.
Violations may result in fines of up to $10,000.

Golf Cart Use: Guests must be 21 years or older and hold a valid driver’s license to operate the complimentary LSV cart which is a street legal golf cart.
Please note: driving the LSV cart on HWY 98 is prohibited by county law.

The house is all yours to use! Self check-in. You will be given a code for your stay at least 3 hours prior to your arrival!

Please, use the app at all times if you need any help before, during or after your stay. Our emergency phone number will be found in the guest´s book after your check-in.

⚠️ Important Guest Policies
Smoking Prohibited: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. A violation will result in a $300 fine.

Strict Enforcement of Occupancy & Noise Limits: To ensure community standards and guest comfort, violations may incur fines of up to $10,000.

Verification Requirements: Government-issued ID and a security deposit may be requested after booking, depending on reservation details.

Fraud Prevention: We have the right to report and pursue legal action against any instance of credit card fraud.

★ Please clean BBQ grill after each use.

★ Pets Welcome – With Approval: $50/night per pet. Pets must stay off furniture, be leashed outdoors, and cleaned up after. Owners are responsible for any pet-related damage.

★ Booking Requirements: Primary guest must be 25+ to book. No 3rd-party bookings.

★ Extra Guests: Base rate includes up to 6 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person, per night.
