Inside, the home features smart furnishings, beautiful floors, and a full kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils you'll need to cook an extraordinary meal for your guests. Head down to the water for an afternoon playing in the surf then spray off the sand with the outdoor shower before kicking back with a good book and an iced tea out on the balcony.

Things to Know
Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). The daily timeframe of construction for the stairs will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays).

Guests must travel by car to reach this condo.
A sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.
Outlet covers are available to protect younger guests.
This is a non-smoking property.
No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
