Quick getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachfront II. The unit was as advertised and booking/check in was easy! Beach public access is literally 2 mins from complex. Great place for a couple or small family ❤️

Great location and an excellent stay

The checkin process was great, had to call to get directions- but they were so nice and stayed on the phone until we got to the correct location! Much appreciated ! The place was cute, clean, great view and approximately 300 stars from the white sand and beautiful water. Would definatly stay there again!

The location is perfect. It is a super simple walk to the beach, and the view of the ocean is even better than I expected from the pictures. The unit itself needs some updates for sure, and while it wasn’t dirty by any means, it didn’t feel truly clean. The appliances in the kitchen are great, and it is very spacious! However, we were not aware that there isn’t a wall or door or anything upstairs so if our kids (6 and 8) were any older, we would have needed more privacy. For the location, you can’t beat the price. It’s perfect for a last minute long weekend getaway when you don’t want to spend a lot of money.

Beachfront Beach II

This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean when we arrived. The grounds of the property are meticulously maintained, and the pool area was nice. The property is nestled between two of the area’s dune lakes (we saw some deer grazing one morning). The unit was perfect for two people.

4th of July fun!

All in all, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The condo was seemingly clean. We had one little mishap, but they communicated well and we went on with our trip. We were excited to see there’s an in-house washer/dryer!! The location is our favorite!!

Efficiency studio

The unit could use a little TLC. More lighting (particularly the stairs since the bedroom is up and bathroom is down) and replace all non-functioning bulbs. Otherwise the pool and hot tub were great! Sufficient for our short stay.

Seagrove beachfront 2 condo

Overall it was excellent. Our condo was on the 3rd floor but thankfully there was an elevator. We had a partial view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. This condo had a loft bedroom and bathroom was downstairs don’t eat a lot of watermelon before you go to bed lol.

We were able to make lunch and breakfast at the rental with ease. The unit was steps from the beach, and very quiet. We loved the location! First time at 30A, and we will definitely be back. Only recommendation is a possible night light for those steps downstairs from the loft, as they can be tricky to navigate in the middle of the night. Thanks again.

Great and economically friendly

Often real estate pictures make a place look better than it really is. That is not the case with this condo. It is exactly what we were hoping to rent. There is an obstructed gulf view as indicated in the pictures, but it is still close enough to hear the waves from the balcony! We cooked most nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed for simple seafood meals. There is a surprising amount of storage considering the square footage, so we were able to unpack and get organized for the week. We love the area, near great restaurants and away from the high rise condos, but there was an issue with theft on the beach. Our neighbors had their chairs stolen, and someone stole our wagon off the dunes while we were sitting on the beach. Overall I would definitely recommend for a cozy vacation, and next time I will bring a bike lock!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room needs updating. Two major problems with this unit. The bedroom is in the loft, there is no HVAC for that area. You had to turn the air down so low just to cool it down so you could sleep that it was freezing down stairs. The mattress was very uncomfortable too. The second major problem was there was no dryer. It had a washer that was to dry and wash. It did not work. Everything was still wet. So you had to hang your towels and clothes to dry. The area was super nice. The building was really close to the ocean. The grounds were great. The pool area was great! If you could find a nicer room in the building I would definitely stay in the building again. If our room had a dryer and HVAC in the bed room it would have been ok.

Great location but lacking in cleanliness…

This condo is in the perfect location! Very close to the beach and an easy walk. Beach was a lot less crowded than the beaches we usually visit in Destin. If only the condo was nicer and a bit cleaner. The floor wasn’t clean and should have been swept/mopped prior to our visit (we did pay $100 cleaning fee). Tile was broken in spots and sharp on bare, sunburnt feet. Maybe it’s simply the age of the place? Condo also lacked supplies… only 1/2 roll of toilet paper was stocked in the bathroom. No hand soap either. This rental would be fine for 2 people but too crowded for my family of 4. Bathroom was small and oddly placed at the front entrance of the building. The window coverings didn’t provide much privacy. (My husband said he could see my daughter on the toilet even with the blinds completely closed). My brother stayed on the 2nd floor and his condo was much nicer— more updated and cleaner than ours. I loved this area but wouldn’t stay in this room again.

Condo was dated looking , particularly bathroom. Needs fresh coat of paint in bath room as well as a good cleaning of baseboards , etc. Layout is poor with the only bathroom downstairs with bedroom upstairs. I have never seen that before. There was only 1 roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom, which thankfully we checked before we went to the store to make sure there was more. Never seen that before either. The location was great, and access to the beachh was perfect, pool was very nice, it I would not stay in this unit again.

Last Week of Summer

We fell in love with Beachfront II - all photos are accurate and the pool/hot tub area is phenomenal. You get a slight view of the ocean and the walk to the beach is so easy. We loved being on the 3rd floor with the loft bedroom. We want to return again and again.

Beachfront rental stay

Me and my boyfriend loved the location of our rental and how close it was to the beach. Our favorite part was definitely the pool/spa area. I do think our rental could have been a little more clean but it didn’t bother us. Overall it was a great stay!

Poor internet, but orherwise okay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worst, slowest internet ever! Speeds of only 0.2 mbps made the work I neeed to do....even when on vacation...very difficult and time consuming. Otherwise, the stay wa good, but I was told there was internet and what I got coukd barely be described as having internet!
