Welcome to, "Paradise Falls," a brand new beach vacation home situated in the gated community of Cypress Breeze on the west end of 30A. This beautiful home boasts 4 king suites, a massive kitchen, open concept living/dining area, and a direct walk-out from the home's back patio to the large community pool! While staying at Paradise Falls, not only do you get to enjoy all this wonderful home has to offer but, you are also able to step right outside from the home's private patio, through the gate to the fabulous resort style community pool! All this, and you are still only a 3 minute golf cart ride away from the spectacular white sandy beaches of 30A!

As you enter the first level of the home you will find 2 of the home's 4 King suites! Both King bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and have access to the home's rear private patio, which walks directly out to the community pool! Additionally on this level of the home you will find the homes laundry room.

The 2nd level of the home opens to the main living space, and large outdoor private balcony overlooking the community pool. You and your family, are sure to love this home's large open concept family and dining area, and if there are any Chefs in the family, this home's kitchen is sure to please! This brand new beautifully appointed kitchen boasts upgraded appliances, an abundance of cabinet and counter space, as well as an oversized island making it both a chefs and an entertainer's dream!

The third floor of the home features the home's third and fourth king suites, as well as a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunks. Both rooms on this level have access to their own small private balcony off the front of the home so you can take in the salty coastal air anytime you feel like it!

Cypress Breeze is a private gated community with resort style amenities and includes an oversized pool. The community is situated only a short bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach, and only minutes from some locals favorite restaurants, shopping spots, and all the amazing amenities 30A has to offer!
