Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita. This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!



Welcome to "Sunset Villa," a brand new beach home off of the world famous beaches of 30A! This gorgeous new home is only a 3 minute bike ride or drive to 30A's newest beach access, and just around the corner from the community pool!



Upon entering this brand new and beautifully decorated beach home, your eyes are drawn from one side of the home to the other, while you take in the open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. Right past the kitchen you will find the first of three guest King bedroom suites, featuring a spacious king bed and a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The dining area features a large farmhouse style table with comfortable seating for 8, and additional seating for 3 at the expansive kitchen island! This well appointed kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, as well as being beautifully furnished with stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous quartz countertops. Off this first level of the home you will find a large screened lanai, with a comfortable seating area, tv, and a propane grill for nights you want to cook out at the home. A half bath, and laundry room complete this level of the home for your added convenience.



The second level of the home features the second of the homes guest King suites, a set of built-in full over queen hallway bunk beds, access to covered a balcony off the front of the home, and the homes large Master suite.



Moving up to the third floor of the home you will find the third King guest room, a large loft , wet bar and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The homes second living area is costal and comfortable with two small couches, a large flat screen tv, and a checkers game table for those lazy nights at home. Right off of the loft you will find the homes fourth full bathroom conveniently fit with a shower/tub combo for getting all the sand off the kiddos after a long day at the beach!



No denying you and your family will love this brand new home, and the fun offered in the surrounding area of 30A! While staying at, "Sunset Villa" you are only a quick ride to 30A's newest beach access, around the corner to the neighborhoods community pool, or to a locals favorite restaurant, "Stinky's Fish Camp!" Also only about 5 minutes down the road you can enjoy all then shops and restaurants of Gulf Place! This home and area has it all...just one trip to, "Sunset Villa," and your family will know you've found your annual family vacation spot for years to come!
