With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The first floor features a master suite and two ensuite guest rooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Designed with family fun in mind, the open-concept second floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a bright, airy living room with large windows that flood the space with natural light. The living area opens to a huge covered patio, perfect for enjoying the stunning Gulf views.

On the third floor, you’ll find additional space for up to 6 guests, complete with a kitchenette and another expansive Gulf-facing deck. After a day spent on the beach, take a refreshing dip in the private pool or enjoy friendly competition in the game room featuring a foosball table.

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to check-in for a full refund, less a 5% cancellation fee and any administrative charges. If the cancellation occurs after this period, the full amount of the booking is non-refundable. Changes, adjustments, or refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, weather issues, or other reasons outside of the Cancellation Period. Stately reserves the right to adjust rates if there are discrepancies in the booking. We are not responsible for travel disruptions caused by weather, personal emergencies, or COVID-19.

* Location of the property is amazing! *We had a few issues with a lock and alarm and management showed up promptly to help us. *House fit 12 of us comfortably *A few things need to be repaired but they are working on it. *would recommend and stay again

Great location

The property was so close to everything including the beach. Spacious enough for two large families. Pool was nice but you feel pretty exposed to neighbors. Property have some wear and utility issues but was taken care of quickly. Thanks for the great memories.

Family Getaway

Great location! Beach access directly across the way. Could not use your canopies and cannot use wagons because of the stairs to get to beach, BUT with quick access we did not need them. The rental comes with beach chair/umbrella rentals each day. Gated community so very quiet! You could walk to shops/restaurants in just a few minutes! The front area and side could use a little cleaning, overgrown. But overall very pleased with rental and location!

Nice place, good location, but under constant surveillance

Place was nice and the location was great. Didn’t care for the roaches and the over bearing owner and property management. We had seven of us there. Two adults and 5 teens. Felt borderline harassed on multiple occasions. Cooked a couple pots of pasta on a hot afternoon and got complaints from “owners” that place was too hot inside. Only parked in the designated driveway and got complaints about someone else parking a long street. Got false noise complaint from management company. Everyone in our house was in bed and asleep, while neighbors had a driveway/ street party until 3 am, but some how we got blamed??Neighbors kids were screaming in the streets at 6 am every morning, however, didn’t seem to a problem. Had roaches crawling on walls and floors. I have pics and video. Would have been willing to overlook a lot due to location of house,, but being harassed daily by owner and management company is real turn off.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start with the good: Proximity to beach is fantastic! There is also a view of water from the kitchen level and top level porches. This house did not function well, 3 bedrooms under kitchen, it was impossible to sleep if someone was up there. Windows all had light filtering shades (not great for a bedroom) I felt like neighbors could see me in the bathroom. Bedroom doors were glass with shades so rooms did not stay dark beyond sunrise. Cleanliness was okay, cleaners did not do floors well, there were things under the bed and on the floor from previous guests. Kitchen seemed nice but did not function, it was great to have a big island but it was so big you could NOT even sit at the table. The table was pushed against the wall and we struggled to get around the island. In the family room there were 3 sofas and 2 big chairs, it was too much in a small space. We only had 7 people and we were crowded in the kitchen area. STAIRS.... you cannot do anything in this house without having to go up and down at least 1 flight of stairs. If stairs are an issue for you skip this house. Lastly the "rec room" is just a garage with a foosball table. This was not a space where kids would or could hang out. I was so disappointed in this property I felt sick because of how much we paid for 1 week. We have been coming to 30A for 12 years and we would NOT return to this home. On the last day the AC wasn't working properly and I reached out to the mgmt company at 4pm and never received a reply. Luckily it started working again (I think it just struggled during hottest part of day) but it was concerning not to receive a reply.

Beautiful home in excellent location

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Topsy Turtle. The home was bright and airy. The location was steps from the white sand beach and close to great restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was quiet. The heated pool was a great asset due to a few chilly days.
