Welcome to Casa Bay! Whether you're seeking outdoor adventure or quiet relaxation, this hidden gem delivers an authentic Santa Rosa Beach experience—away from the crowds, but close to everything that makes the Emerald Coast unforgettable.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults or a total of 9 guests if traveling with children with a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a combination of three twin beds and an additional queen bed in the third bedroom—perfect for large families.

Outside, enjoy the shared waterfront space featuring serene bay views, a private dock, a screened-in porch, hammock, fire pit, swing, and a patio with dining furniture and a gas grill (please note: propane not provided). Inside, cozy up by the fireplace (wood not provided), watch a movie with the smart TV, DVD player, and video library, or unwind in the bright sunroom or at the reading nook with books and a desk area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, including dishware, flatware, a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, breakfast bar, tea kettle, toaster, and CrockPot. Essentials like central heating and A/C, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels (beach towels not provided), a hair dryer, and a starter supply of toiletries are all provided for your convenience.

Please note: the treehouse is not available, and landscape services take place every other Saturday. Ample driveway parking is available. Traveling with a larger group? An additional 2-bedroom home accommodating 4-6 guests is located on-site and may be rented separately.
