Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: 62 Royal Fern Way is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that sleeps 6. Conveniently tucked away in WaterColor’s Forest District. With driveway parking for 2 vehicles and a screened-in porch off the kitchen, grocery shopping and exploring 30A is a breeze.

Up the steps to the front porch, guests are welcomed to a bright and airy living room with a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds on the left. From the living room past the breakfast bar, the combination kitchen and dining area open to the screened-in porch at the rear of the home, providing easy driveway access and a comfortable outdoor lounge. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, while guests staying in the primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed and direct access to the screened-in porch.

*Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Spring break

The property was just as described and photographed. Our stay was lovely. The property is very close to grocery stores restaurants and the watercolor amenities. The provided bikes made everything easy to access.

Suggested Improvements

Enjoyed our stay but have some suggestions. The property needs to upgrade the televisions to be able yo stream content. In addition the tv’s in general were small.
