"I did not actual end up staying after realizing that the neighborhood location is not great, and the parking situation is horrendous, having to back out into an extremely busy road, is dangerous. And you have to go through a locked gate to get to your room, which is problematic if you have your hands full."

"Room was clean and close to Airport. Every thing else was terrible. We were given a handicap room, which we didn't ask for. In the bathroom was 1 sm shampoo and 1 sm soap, no hand towels or klenex. The room had a full kitchen but not a single glass, plate silverware or pot & pans, dishsoap or dish towels. It had 2 kitchen chair. No other chair. The beds were so low to the ground and broken down, very hard to get out of. They charge a linen exchange charge even though we only stayed one night. It was not worth the price we paid. Hotel does not have a ice Machine. Blind would not go down."

"Overall the property was great. It was strange that there was no one at the front desk and one always had to ring the bell to get someone. However, one never had to wait long. "

"This is the best hotel. We visit Mesa every few months and this is the only hotel we will stay at. The friendliness of the staff is our number one reason. They are accommodating and always welcoming. We got to Meet Shannon last night (I believe that was her name). She works overnights so we hadn’t had a chance to meet her before and she had breakfast ready and was very organized. "

"On Sunday, the pool pump was not running. The pool bottom needed to be vacuumed. I addressed my concerns with the front desk. Monday morning everything seemed to be back in order the skimmers were skimming, and the pool floor was vacuumed."
