"The staff are the star of the show at this hotel. Always so attentive and enthusiastic! When we checked in the staff were lovely, when we go to eat always a welcoming smile and when we joined fitness classes they had such knowledge and provided an encouraging atmosphere. Staff at the restaurant were always working hard, chatting with customers, clearing tables, cleaning spills and replenishing food.
