"You stay in a hotel for two reasons. To sleep and to shower. When the shower water NEVER gets even warm or hot , it is a TERRIBLE shower. I made a complaint at the front desk and they said they would look into it. I checked out and it had not become warm or hot yet. I request a partial refund for this HUGE defect in your quality of stay. An ice cold shower sucks."

"My room was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for me to decompress over the holiday weekend. Every staff member I spoke to was kind and helpful - like when my key cards would not work and needed to be replaced! I took advantage of the continental breakfast, especially the waffle maker :) The hotel was easy to get to from the train station, and centrally located between downtown and the beach."
