"My cousins and I wanted a place to gather for a small family reunion around the Lisbon half marathon and this apartment was the perfect home away from home. "Nice place to stay, modern and very close to some main attractions. Problem for me as a female solo traveler was the fact there were about 15-30 homeless? men from morning to late evening every day; I didn‘t feel safe walking up the little hidden street. WIFI login after I asked for it but ALTIDO replied immedately so it wasn‘t a big deal."

"This quirky apartment is in a great,quiet location, close to Barrio Alto, Baxia and Chiado, with easy access to much of what Lisbon has to offer whether on foot, train, tram, bus and even the Santa Justa Elevator. Comfortable, well equipped and clean. Many good local restaurants in easy reach if returning after a long days sightseeing and not wanting to go far to eat."

"This place is beautiful and in a great location. We come to Lisbon often and I love sharing new places to stay. Here is what did not impress me about this rental: 1. There is nothing to get you started. Nothing. I had to go out and buy a giant dish soap for our stay. 2. There is no air vent in the large bedroom so prepare for it to be wet your entire stay. 3. There is one set of keys. My husband and I had to coordinate how we came and went so we didn’t get locked out. 4. It lacked a personal...

"Opened door. And faced with a stairway that appeared very dangerous and looked like it went forever. The lights turned off after a few seconds. Didn't understand there was no elevator. Gave up and forfeited the two night stay."
