"We had read so many wonderful reviews about this hotel and they were not wrong. From the moment you walked in the hotel staff were very helpful and continued to be for the week that we were there. The courtesy bus was great, took us to the station and from there we had our trips to Sorrento, Amalfi and Napoli. The breakfast was very nice, the views were amazing from the rooftop of the hotel with a glass of morning fizz in hand! The restaurant in the evening in the hotel grounds was faultless,...

"Unfortunately, the room was musty and the A/C (in one room the A/C only sometimes worked) made the smell better. The bed wasn't very comfortable and doesn't seem to have a mattress pad which would have helped. The furniture in the room and hotel lobby is old and could use a makeover. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service (for a reasonable fee) was great but ends at 4:30 PM. There's a nearby pizzeria and restaurant that offers a free shuttle if you dine there. The food at...

"Perfectly located outside of Positano in a quietly nestled town that gives you the absolute best views. this is due to the family business taking great pride. They were very responsive via Expedia message and WhatsApp and were able to help me book tours (Capri tour was very fun and well worth it), book taxis etc. the hotel is walking steps where you can catch a bus back and forth to Positano. Much less than a taxi and totally fine. The food in the hotel was great including the free breakfast(...

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable and the shower had good water pressure . They provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and lotion. In the wind, the bathroom window would rattle, They were not insulated. Our balcony overlooked the beautiful gardens full of lemon trees. A walk around the garden is a must. We had drinks on the roof. Wait staff was pleasant and the view was outstanding. We also took advantage of the dry bar restaurant for lunch when we arrived. The food was good...

8/10 جيد

"If you're looking for one of the best views in Capri, this hotel is an excellent choice. Unfortunately, the service did not match the beautiful location. The cups in the minibar were not clean and the toilet paper wasn't replaced until we specifically asked for it, which is a basic standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. The biggest disappointment was the welcome I received. While chatting with the receptionist, I casually mentioned that I hadn't been able to find an available room with a better view. I was not asking for an upgrade—I was simply making conversation. An older staff member suddenly interrupted in a very disrespectful manner, saying, "We only give you what you book. We can't upgrade it." I explained that I hadn't asked for an upgrade, but he simply turned around and walked away. It was an unnecessary and unprofessional interaction that left a very poor first impression. To be fair, the receptionist seemed genuinely sorry for what had happened and tried his best to make up for the situation. This guy and the manager were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality stood out and made a positive difference during our stay. If I ever return to this hotel, it would be because of them. Overall, the hotel offers one of the most spectacular views in Capri, but the poor first impression prevented the experience from living up to its full potential. First impressions matter, and unfortunately ours overshadowed the rest of the stay."
