"Bel appartement qui pourrait avoir un très grand potentiel. Il est bien situé. Il y a une odeur des eaux usées qui dérange et l'eau du lavabo de la cuisine prend beaucoup de temps à s'évacuer. Rénovations mineures à prendre en charge. Le problème de lavabo pourrait être résolu en 5 minutes. "

"Das Haus (3 Schlafräume Wohnzimmer, Küche, 2 Bäder) und der Garten waren "top", Sehr schön !!! waren 2 Terassen und Grillmöglichkeit. Einziges Manko: der Raum im UG ( 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten) war sehr hellhörig, etwas ungastlich eingerichtet, leicht muffig und ohne Bad/WC. Hierzu musste man ca. 10 Stufen ohne !!! Geländer an der Wand nach oben gehen."

"This property is a modern, well-equipped villa with a fantastic view of the island and sea. The owner replied immediately when we were having a difficulty with the stove (our lack of familiarity with the technology) even though they were off island on vacation. Weather was pretty miserable when we on Santa Maria, so the comforts were greatly appreciated. We had a terrible time contacting the owner for property location prior to our arrival, but this appears to be a problem with VRBO, not the...

"Mooi locatie,zeer rustige ,fijn huis ,alles aanwezig voor een fijn vakantie. Contact met de eigenaar is zero.Vraag gesteld over tv ontvangst,geen reactie gekregen. 10 dagen gebleven,er is in die periode niet schoonmaak of nieuwe lakens of handdoeken gewisseld, voor de rest top."
