From our rooftop pool terrace observe the Pacific Ocean as you enjoy your meals, have great conversations with family and/or friends. We have been in Huatulco for 14 years and this is our favorite destination. The 36 beaches, 9 bays and the people of Huatulco are Most Extraordinary! Enjoy the entire home 5,500 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 7.5 baths home, with a rooftop pool and entertainment area, with breathtaking views. The sliding doors and windows allow the ocean breezes and sounds to come to you. New STARLINK INTERNET W/2 Sets of Mesh Boosters for you to enjoy your time while you work or upload your photographs to your social media.

We are fully air conditioned, and we also have a fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and Huanacaxtle wood cabinetry for your use. This makes for the perfect family/friends/solo getaway vacation spot in the tranquil community setting of La Bocana Beach.

Villa La Nena Rubio is also a disabled friendly home, with an entrance ramp.

"Staff Rest Days" are Sundays; and Holidays, which are as follows:

Grocery store is 6.8 miles away, therefore, we offer pantry stocking ahead of your arrival so you make the most of your get-away time. Please email shopping list. Shopper charges $300 pesos/hour, plus $150 pesos taxi each way.
House Rules:
Cook/kitchen clean up, is an additional charge to be added to your amount due.Breakfast is served once, at the same time. Lunch is served once, at the same time (Guest provides food according to their dietary needs).
•Reservations of 1-4 people $50/day day
•Reservation of 5-8 people $60/per day
•Reservations of 9-10 people $75/per day

Note: The home has regularly scheduled maintenance, such as: pool , gas tank, gas equipment, etc. Access to the home for scheduled maintenance/emergency repair professionals, is mandatory. Upon Reserving, Guest is agreeing to grant access to regularly scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs.
