"The host clearly did not like our wish to look at the room. Wanted to place us in a smaller room than booked! How this property rated "Superb 9.2" !!!??????? The building is o l d, shower & toilet stink. The door of the room shines through, the handle crunches. Parking was a messy backyard. + Bed linen and towels were clean and floor were clean. !!! the feedback should be real- i booked it by rating "Superb 9.2" as well. "4.0" the most! "

"the property was nice, but a bit dated; they were doing some construction during our stay. A few updates will make this place perfect and it seems as though they are already working on it! The food was great at the restaurants we visited. the staff was very kind and did a good job with our group of ten. the beach was beautiful but supposedly dangerous to swim in because of the current so i would recommend planning on seeing other nearby beaches. the pools and showers are great if you dont plan...

"This is a great property...... many Canadian people stay here..... They all come back year after year. Everything is right there.... Beach club on santa cruz Beach with a shuttle that we could never manage to catch.... we just took a cab for 35 pesos instead. Very fun place to stay. Would highly recommend. "

"We enjoyed the pool but we were sad because the slide was only open at a certain time and mostly closed. Our room was nice but we didn’t enjoy walking up the stairs when the washer and dryers were on because it was so hot in that area."

"Wonderful holiday! Room was clean, spacious and loved the balcony. We enjoyed both buffets and the service was fast and efficient . Would love to see an outside shower to rinse before entering pool or ocean. 🙏. The staff was very approachable and towels bountiful. Thank you we will be back."
