"The rooms were clean except for the bathroom having mold in the shower. There is no air conditioner or heat. They gave us a hand size fan for the room. We were unable to sleep all night with the heat. We couldn't open the windows as it leads to courtyard where anyone can walk by."

"The room was good but some of the items in the bathroom could be better. Dropping off/collecting suitcases etc. was made more difficult due to clients being allowed to leave their car for some time near to the entrance. The car park at the lower level, wasnā€™t as safe as it could be."
