"Hotel is perfectly placed in the center of Palermo. If you want to see the historical sites of the city, this hotel is great for that. They have a private garage parking at a cost of 30€ . This is a big plus as it is very difficult to find parking in Palermo and i wouldn't want to leave my car on the street at night . Federika will welcome you and give you great places to.check out . "Great property! Very gorgeous location and a comfortable room. 15 mins drive from Alcamo and an hour from Palermo. There’s no restaurant on site, you have to pay €90 to make sure a private chef cooks for you that day which is inconvenient. There is also no elevator on the property. The spa service was mediocre "

"We really like hotel - the area is beautiful. The products they offered were amazing. There were a few things I thought were not communicated well. One of the major roads to the property was closed which meant we were driving around in circles. An email warning would have been helpful. We informed Google maps but they should have done that. The other issue with the property is the food. We had the very high end dinner one night and then they advised we need to book lunch, we show up and it's the same menu as the night before. And no-one told us that there was a casual menu at the pool that we could have had. And that menu should have been offered in the restaurant. We found that to be a major negative. I wouldn't want the same food as the night before. "
