"La photo de l’annonce représente un barnum agréablement équipé. On pense naturellement que celui-ci se trouve devant l’appartement de rez-de-chaussée en location et cela compte beaucoup pour décider de louer. Or ce barnum est en fait sur la terrasse de la maison du propriétaire qui l’utilise lui-même tandis que l’appartement en location en est éloigné, ne dispose même pas d’une table et d’un parasol permettant de déjeuner et dîner dehors et donne sur une courette murée désagréable ."

"It's an impressive property: elegant but not obstentatious, with huge rooms, sitting areas and bathrooms. The minute we arrived the staff was extremely courteous and professional. Everyone acts and looks happy to work there. No detail went unnoticed. They gave us a nice desert and card to celebrate our anniversary. Our meals were delicious and a massage, was one of the best ever! I would book this again in a heart beat. "

"Great property! Very gorgeous location and a comfortable room. 15 mins drive from Alcamo and an hour from Palermo. There’s no restaurant on site, you have to pay €90 to make sure a private chef cooks for you that day which is inconvenient. There is also no elevator on the property. The spa service was mediocre "

"We really like hotel - the area is beautiful. The products they offered were amazing. There were a few things I thought were not communicated well. One of the major roads to the property was closed which meant we were driving around in circles. An email warning would have been helpful. We informed Google maps but they should have done that. The other issue with the property is the food. We had the very high end dinner one night and then they advised we need to book lunch, we show up and it's the same menu as the night before. And no-one told us that there was a casual menu at the pool that we could have had. And that menu should have been offered in the restaurant. We found that to be a major negative. I wouldn't want the same food as the night before. "
