"The rehab on this property is superior and retro-fitted in 1950's style. The owner's have remained "true" to the original design - including the original hardwood floors. In addition, and of equal importance, is the attention to detail (the "little things") - fully stocked kitchen appliances & utensils, bathroom supplies, etc. Finally, the shower was great - nice & large with plenty of hot water. And - the location - close proximity to what we started referring to as "town square" - with all...

"The house was completely updated, very clean, and in walking distance to all the spots in downtown Paso. The host was polite and responsive. The only thing I wished is that we had control of the thermostat. Sometimes it would kick on when too hot and Not turn on when too cold."

"Great Location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach/Pier. Walk to restaurants and a great Donut shop, Surfside Donuts. Kitchen was well appointed. Had everything we needed to make an easy dinner. House was very clean, beds were comfy. Parking spot was great but there was plenty of street parking when we were there. Small but private outdoor space."

"My family and I stayed at the beach house for an extended weekend. The house was wonderful, with all kind of added touches to make our stay comfortable. We even brought our small dog with us and the owner provided clean couch covers so that we didn’t need to worry about the furniture. Jennifer kept excellent communication with us from start to finish. Cannot wait to come back and stay here again!"

"The home is what we expected by its posting. We were very comfortable there. It way great for our pups. They had their own space for breaks. Plenty of games and beautiful patio. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and the neighbors were welcoming. Local to everything we enjoy while in Morro Bay. Easy to check in and out of. Would like to visit here again. A few issues As other reviewers mentioned, hot bath water are on short supply Bath tub slide doors on 2nd bathroom are stuck and cant shut. Probably more on potentially damaging property than inconvenience for guests Carpet on kids room keep shedding wools, please consider to replace "
