The 150m2 vacation home Moli Den Barret is located in Santa Margalida, a town in the northeastern part of Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The home features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).

Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the apartment and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sit in the open terrace, both for private use. The outdoor area also has a pool and a grill, also for private use.

Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic 18-hole Club de Golf Alcanada which overlooks the ocean, just 28 minutes (23 km) by car from the home. The Santa Margalida area currently has 93 cycling routes that wind through the stunning coastal and mountain landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 46 minutes (52 km) from the home.

Pros: Sehr netter Empfang, kleine Gastgeschenke (u.a. eine Fl. Wein) viel Platz für 6 Personen inkl. 2 PKWs und 2 Hunden! Netter, rel. kleiner sehr sauberer Pool, separater überdachte BBQ-Lounge! Gute Lage im nördlichen Teil der Insel Cons: am Haus alles top, wir hatten nur Pech mit dem Wetter…

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut,zum Strand ca.15 Min mit dem Auto. Sehr guter Außengrill und schöne Terrassen . Neue Badezimmer, Cons: Hauptsstr verläuft dicht am Haus daher Morgens lauter Verkehr. Kleiner POOL Leider häufiger Stromausfall .
