Modern house Maylin near the beach of Can Picafort

Casa Maylin is a nice house in a residential area of the coastal town of Can Picafort. It is located a few meters from the beach in a very quiet area, and very close to large supermarkets and very good restaurants.

The house has three floors. At the entrance there is a large terrace with two sunbeds, sofas to relax outdoors and a great barbecue. In addition, this terrace is connected to two large living rooms that make the house very comfortable and cosy. Both lounges have a large chaise lounge sofa and a large TV each. The main living room has a large table for 6 people and is connected to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

On the first and second floor are the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with two single beds and another bedrooms with double bed, one of them with en suite bathroom with bathtub and dressing room. In total, the house has two bathrooms with bathtub and a toilet. The latter is on the first floor. One of the double bedrooms is on the top floor and has a terrace with sea view.
Both the two living rooms and the bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition, there are portable radiators.

La maison proposée par Ideal Property Majorca est spacieuse et confortable, même mieux que sur les photos. La cuisine est bien équipée, la salle principale lumineuse, et le salon du fond, grand et reposant. Presque toutes les pièces sont climatisées. L'une des chambres dispose de sa propre salle de bain, en plus de la salle de bain principale. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée, avec une légère odeur parfumée. La terrasse est agréable, bien que peu utilisée en raison de la chaleur. Le supermarché voisin est accessible en une minute à pied. Pour la plage, compter 10-15 minutes à pied ou 2 minutes en voiture avec un stationnement facile. La plage de Muro, parfaite pour les familles et juste à coté d'une zone naturelle préservée, est à quelques minutes en voiture également. Une petite attention nous avait même été laissé dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement !
