Loads of problems with the property itself including no heating for 4 days and nights in February. Filthy windows.
This could be lovely, staff were pleasant and helpful, but sadly the company itself doesn’t seem to care about its guests from our experience.
It took well over a month to finally get our deposit back.
Everything was so wrong on so many levels. I won’t be booking with this company again.
