Beautiful vacation home ideal for family members who want to enjoy the authentic Mediterranean experience. The house has a large terrace with a private pool, garden, table tennis, barbecue and a large table for outdoor lunches and dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) and has a large living and dining room. There are two rooms with two single beds each and another bedroom with a double bed. In total, there are two bathrooms, one of which is exclusive to the room with the double bed.

The house is located 100 meters from the beach on foot, also has green areas at a similar distance. It is close to both large supermarkets and restaurants.

The village where it is located (Can Picafort) is situated on the beautiful north coast of Mallorca. It is an ideal area to visit many white sand beaches or to go hiking in the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains, which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Apartments sind wirklich gut. Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle und der Strand sind in paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Juan war sehr gut! Vielen Dank. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub :)

Finca can Picafort

Die Finca hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Nah zum Supermarkt und zum Meer. Die Wohnung war groß und geräumig alles für das tägliche Leben vorhanden. Reichlich Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden. Uns hat es super gefallen, wir kommen wieder.

Enjoyable Stay

A well positioned property, very well appointed with everything you could want. Perfect for a family, it was clean and tidy and the host Juan was excellent. Quick to deal with very minor issues and very fast response to any questions he just added to an already good experience.

Eine super Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub für bspw. mehrere Freunde

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage: es ist nah am Strand und an einem Supermarkt. Der Pool und auch sonst das Haus ist klasse, für mehr als sechs Leute könnte es allerdings eng werden. Mehrere Balkone sind auf die Terrasse/ Pool gerichtet, sodass man die Nachbarn sieht und sie dich/ euch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super und unkompliziert! Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Can Picafort und würden das Ferienhaus auch nochmal besuchen.
