This charming property is located right on the promenade next to the small port of Son Serra de Marina, offering direct access to the nearby beach and small Yacht Club. To the left, you’ll find the natural beach of Ses Escorxes, and to the east, a nearly 2-kilometer-long sandy beach with a protected dune landscape. The peaceful atmosphere of this area makes it a perfect getaway.
